Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist brides-to-be and their families, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Fittings & Alterations: Schedule and coordinate dress fittings and alterations.
- Sales & Inventory Management: Process sales transactions, manage appointments, and track stock levels.
- Showroom Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing boutique.
- Client Relationship Management: Follow up with brides before and after their purchase to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content, including photos, videos, reels, and stories, to showcase the boutique’s collections and bridal experiences.
- Social Media Management: Post regularly on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning promotions, giveaways, and collaborations with influencers.
- Website Updates: Help manage and update the boutique’s website with new arrivals, promotions, and bridal stories.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements for growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fashion retail, customer service, or social media marketing is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of bridal fashion trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
